This does not mean you have to wait to find your dream dress. So we have set up VIRTUAL Bridal Consultations to help you shop for your wedding dress during this hard time!

HOW IT WORKS
1. Find Your Favourite Dresses!
-We would love to get a glimpse of all your planning and ideas for your big day. It would be really helpful if you could note down and provide us with the following, Wedding style, theme, colour palette, wedding Pinterest board.
-If you haven’t already done so, it’s time to head over to our Website or Pinterest to select and narrow down to your top five dresses.
2. Book Your VIRTUAL Bridal Consultation
-Send us an email or go through to our booking form and provide us with all the information above plus your size, budget and wedding date and we will get in touch shortly to arrange the time with you.
3. Your VIRTUAL Consultation
-We will schedule a time with you to connect over Zoom. During our Zoom call, we can chat about dresses and styles you are looking for and interested in, We will also give some recommendations on dresses we think will work great for you!
-We will look at the dresses on the websites through screen share and show you the details over Zoom.
-Once we settle on your top favourite dress that interest you, the dresses can be shipped to you for your AT HOME BOUTIQUE experience or note them down for you to be tried on once we reopen.
The At Home Boutique Experience
-We will arrange your top picks to be shipped to you so you can try the dresses in the comfort of your own home. (Or schedule contactless pick up -we will look into this option further down the track)
-Your package will include your favourite dresses, dressing kits, detailed instructions, a veil and an “I SAID YES TO THE DRESS” sign for the full experience.
-Let us know the time you will be trying on the dresses and we will try and be on call for any questions or your “yes to the dress” moment over video call.
-You will have 2 days to try on the dresses and post everything back to us.
If you are happy to wait for when we are available for in-store appointments we will note your favourite dresses to try on at your in-store consultation.
THE GUIDELINES & TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A $1500 deposit per dress will be required for AT HOME BOUTIQUE EXPERIENCE by bank transfer and your credit card details. This deposit can be put toward your dress or will be refunded to you within 24 hours after the dresses are returned in their original condition.
There is a limit of up to three dresses we can send you.
All shipping cost is to be covered by the bride. Any damage to the dresses may incur a repair cost.
You will have a 2 day time period to try on the dresses and return everything to the shop.
Please ensure you wear minimal make-up to avoid leaving marks and do not move around in the dresses to avoid damaging the dresses.
Please note that these are our sample gowns and only available in a certain size, however we will do the best to accommodate and give you tips to ensure you get the best visualisation of the gown.
Wedding gowns will be disinfected and steamed between every appointment.
Wedding gowns will be transported in plastic garment bags that will be disposed of after each pickup. We will also be wearing gloves when transporting and packing dresses.
All gown purchases will abide to our regular terms and conditions.
Virtual Appointments will be available until lockdowns are lifted.
