TERMS OF AGREEMENT

These terms of agreement serve to provide you with guidelines for the expectations of your services and procedures involved in purchasing your gown.

This contract is made with the bride (or purchaser) who is responsible for all payments including bridesmaids and attendants. A booking fee is 20% of the total amount for Made to Measure and 50% of the total amount for other collections. We may set up payment plans with the bride (or purchaser) at our discretion.

Please beware that once you have made a deposit you are bound to our Terms of Agreement.

READY TO WEAR

The Ready to wear gowns includes but not limited to the following collections, Martina Liana, Essense of Australia, Stella York, Lillian West, Rembo Styling, Trish Peng, Sorella Vita Bridesmaids. Once the deposit on the Ready to wear gown is made, your purchase is final and no changes will be accepted. You will be required to pay the total cost of your purchase.

All Ready to Wear gowns are ordered in the closest standard size at the time of purchase and do not include alteration costs. Any alteration required will be added to your final account. We do not accept any responsibility for change in size due to substantial weight gain or loss. You may require 1-2 fittings once the gown is completed. Please be aware of makeup, lotions, and walking around in your garment excessively during fittings as we do not accept responsibility for any damage occurred during fittings. 

MADE TO MEASURE

Made to measure gowns include bespoke gowns and the Alma Wong Bridal Collection.

Made to Measure require 2~4 fittings. Fittings are an important stage in the construction of your gown where the staff focuses on the fit and design details. If designs are altered or changed during the making of your gown, the cost of extra fabric and labour may be added to your final account. 

Substantial weight gain or loss while your gown is being made may incur extra charges. If you have any requests, it is essential that you advise us during the fittings. Once the gown has been processed after the fitting, it may not be possible to undo/alter the gown. We reserve the right to charge for any additional alteration made.

We strive to keep the garments as clean as possible during the making process however it is inevitable that some marks and damages may occur. Please be aware of makeup, lotions, standing on hems and walking around in your garment excessively during fittings as we do not accept responsibility for any damage occurred during fittings.

If your wedding is postponed, cancelled for unforeseen reasons or you no longer require the dress, all or part of the booking fee, (at our discretion), will be retained to cover the cost of work already completed. If the gown has been started, the booking fee, plus the fabric used and labour cost to date, will be charged.

SALE ITEMS

All sale/discounted item purchases are final. They are strictly sold in “as is” condition. No refunds and exchanges can be made. It is the bride/purchaser’s responsibility to inspect the gown before purchasing as we do not accept any responsibility for marks or damages found after purchase. If the bride/purchaser made a partial deposit on the gown the bride/purchaser is responsible for the remaining balance.

GOWN COLLECTION

We do not accept responsibility for any damage after the gown has been collected from us. We do not allow garments to be collected until all payments have been finalised. We can store the gown until the wedding. If your wedding is postponed, cancelled for unforeseen reasons or you no longer require the dress, it needs to be collected before the scheduled wedding otherwise a storage fee of $60 per month will be added to your final account. If you fail to make the payment on time we may arrange for a debt collection agency to collect the amount you owe and an additional collection cost.

PAYMENT

Payment can be made by cash, cheque or eftpos or major credit cards such as visa and master.
